REMINDER - School Bus Traffic Time!

With the roundabout detours behind us, we are now facing active school days in the community.  Living within close proximity to several schools, we should be mindful again of the crosswalks and Crossing Guards stopping traffic for neighborhood students walking to and from school and bus stops.  

Vehicle speeds in school areas may be reduced, so taking our time through these areas is important for the safety of student traffic. Be prepared for more traffic slowdowns due to parent pick-up and drop-offs on Grand Prairie and along Drake Road. 

As seasoned drivers, it never hurts to remind ourselves about what to do in traffic when we see a school bus stopping to let off students, especially on highly trafficked two-lane streets.
