Remember
the bicycle shop on S. Westnedge, just before the Crosstown Parkway
intersection? Thanks to the roundabout detour, I am assuming most of you
have already driven by their store on Ravine Road near the Kal-Haven
Trail. I happened to be in the store this week to have a repair done to a
grandchild's bike.
What I did not know is that in addition to selling new and used bikes, they also rent them out and have assorted styles, including "trail ready electric bikes", children's sizes, recumbent and tandem bikes.
They
rent them for 3 hours or 1-day. Cost may vary depending on the bike
style. It is great entertainment (or exercise 😉) without having to store
one if you do not have room in your garage space, or do not want the expense of
owning one. It is also a great option for entertaining summer guests and
grandchildren! If that is not enough, they also have various snacks,
including Ice Box Ice Cream.
